  • Fresh French stick, whipped smoked salmon, dill & caper berry mousse
  • Domain’s own chicken liver & port pate, shaved Spanish onions & crisp breads
  • Petite four platter (1 per person)

Associated costs

  • Chefs x $45 per hour
  • Wait staff x $40 per hour (minimum 3 hrs)
  • A minimum $20 delivery fee applies to all orders.  An additional delivery/collection fee may apply, depending on the address
  • Cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins and linen available
